Scam Positive: Couldn't get through to any staff tried emailing. Phone calls. Txt messages so £125.70 for nothing .sat in car with 2 kids .desperately trying to get checked after driving 3 hrs .ended up booking another bnb at 10.30 PM. Negative: Not been able to check in and not being able to contact staff .Still no contact or way of getting a refund...AVOID
